You pay the full price in cash before we start building. We arrange the cash hand-over on WhatsApp when you order. There is no deposit and no online payment.
How long does it take?
About 10 days from when you pay. It depends on our supplier cutting the wood, so we confirm the exact date on WhatsApp.
Is it really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade in East London, one at a time. None of it is flat-pack or imported.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free within 20km of East London. Beyond 20km we charge for delivery according to the distance, and we quote the cost before we start building.

Our chests, bedside tables and dressing tables are built from Supawood MDF, a dense, smooth board that paints evenly. The kids' table, shelf rack and outdoor lounge are timber. You can choose other building materials too, such as solid timber, and we quote the difference on WhatsApp before we build.
Can you make something that is not on the website?
